COVID-19

o In order to control traffic in our facility, we will not be taking walk ins at the moment – guests must pre book online or over the phone
o We encourage guests to prepay online for the entire booking, however, we will provide an onsite contactless payment option
o Players can only book with members of their existing social bubbles
o Participant amounts have changed to allow for proper physical distancing:

• WW 2-6 Players
• FF 4-8 Players

o Please arrive 10-15 min. prior to booking in order to fill out electronic, contactless waiver, make payments, and prep
o We will longer be accepting cash payments, only credit and debit options are available.
o We will not be offering birthday parties and the party/meeting room is not available for reservations at this time
o Our standard cancellation policy still applies

o A staff member will call you in order to inform you that the room is ready. Guests must wait outside and cannot enter the facility until we are ready for your booking
o A staff member will escort your group for your entire experience. We will escort you into our lobby, into the escape room and exiting the facility after game play
o No more than one group will be in a lobby or wait area at one time
o Guests may leave the game unescorted to use the washroom, but must make sure their mask is on at all times
o If a staff member must enter the room, staff will have an outlined area just inside the room from which to communicate with the players. Players are asked to remain outside this area to ensure safe social distancing during this time
o Guests are asked to remain in their rooms after the game is over. A staff member will be there to meet you when your game is over to escort you out
o Our staff will not be available to take photos during this time but you are welcome to take photos

o Each escape room will be properly disinfected prior to and after each group (All surfaces and touch points)
o All other areas (lobby, washrooms, prep area) will be disinfected regularly
o All disinfectant products used have been verified to be effective agents against the virus based on Health Canada recommendations
o Gloves will be provided for extra safety but are not mandatory
o Hand sanitization stations are provided throughout the facility

•  We have an 11,000 square foot facility which will allow you to safely physically distance while still enjoying a great escape room experience
• Our lobby alone is 3000 square feet so you and your group can feel safe during check in, prep and exiting the facility – with ample space and multiple exits, you will not have to encounter another group outside of your social bubble
• Brand new air exchangers have been installed in each escape room to ensure proper ventilation and enhanced safety
• We have implemented safety protocols and disinfecting practices utilized by the Toronto Fire Department
• We have changed our booking schedule to allow for proper disinfecting of each room prior to and after each booking
• Hand sanitization stations will be readily available before, during and after game play
• We have dual games in order to allow you to physically distance with a group but still enjoy the same theme/game!
• Private Bookings to allow you to escape with people in your social bubble
• Contactless waivers and payment options
